Responsibilities
  • Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure it is organized at all times.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including cleaning vegetables and organizing ingredients.
  • Help maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
  • Dispose of waste properly and assist in recycling efforts within the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
