We look for people who: Experience is beneficial Are able to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment You're comfortable standing for long periods of time You're a hard working and cleanly person What you will be doing: Washing and catching dishes/silverware through dish machine Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems Monitor dish machine water temperature/chemical level to ensure sanitary wash cycle Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware Keep dish room, rest rooms, and food preparations areas clean and organized Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware/plateware for dining room and kitchen Monitor linen and trash containers and empty when appropriate Understand and follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures Washing metal pots and pans through 3 compartment sink by hand Washing and lifting glass racks with glass washer Overall cleanliness of kitchen (sweeping, mopping, breaking down boxes, removal of trash, and more) Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves Flexible during shift to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed Who we are At True Food Kitchen, we believe in the power of whole, real food. Responsibilities

The dishwasher is responsible for sanitizing tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen areas to ensure a clean and efficient environment. They also manage dish machine operations, maintain cleanliness in the dish room and food prep areas, and assist with restocking.
