Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste in a timely manner.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
  • Support banquet services by ensuring that all necessary items are clean and ready for events.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.
