Collect used kitchenware from trays. Load and unload dishwashing machines. Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours. Maintain cleaning supplies stock. Check washing machines ‘operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues. Sanitize the kitchen area.
