RED Mountain Resort is hiring Dishwashers / Bussers for the 2025/26 Winter Season! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, take pride in cleanliness and organization, and want to help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience, this is your opportunity to join a team that values teamwork, precision, and excellence. As a Dishwasher / Busser at RED Mountain, you’ll be essential in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring all dishes and utensils are sanitized, and supporting the culinary team during food service.   What You’ll Do * Collect, sort, and wash all utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment, ensuring cleanliness meets RED and Interior Health standards. * Inspect dishes and utensils for damage and report issues to the Chef de Cuisine. * Clean and maintain dishwashing machines and equipment; monitor chemicals and replace as needed. * Pre-rinse, wash, sanitize, and properly restack dishes and utensils. * Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen floors, counters, and general workspace. * Assist with receiving goods and placing them in designated storage areas. * Ensure health and safety standards are followed, including chemical handling and station inspections. * Prepare dishwashing and service stations 30 minutes prior to food service. * Support other stations and team members as required.   What We’re Looking For We’re seeking detail-oriented, reliable team members who take pride in supporting culinary operations and guest satisfaction.
