Job Posting Title: Disney Consumer Products Retail Strategy and Integration Intern, Summer/Fall 2026 Req ID: 10141874 Job Description: About the Role & Program Disney Consumer Products (DCP) is the division of Disney Experiences that brings beloved brands and franchises into the daily lives of families and fans through products – from toys to t-shirts, apps, books, console games, and more – and experiences that can be found around the world, including on the Disney Store e-commerce platform and at Disney Parks, local and international retailers, as well as Disney Store locations globally. As the Retail Strategy and Integration intern, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for cross-category programs spanning both softline and hardline product categories. In this role, you will focus on seasonal celebrations and US Disney Park-specific brands, activations, and attractions. This role requires a unique blend of creativity and financial analysis skills, allowing you to develop strategic solutions. This exciting internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2026 to January 2027. What You Will Do Create cross-category product strategies supporting seasonal portfolios and park-specific activations Analyze financial and consumer trends to develop quarterly landscapes for Walt Disney World and Disneyland-specific programs Build long-term strategies across holistic park experiences (Avengers Campus, Cars Land, etc.) to drive financial goals, relevancy, and newness Ensure program strategies are being implemented through each stage of the product development process, from art and product creation through store set Work with cross-functional team members to implement strategic priorities through creative exploration, ideation, and financial analysis Maintain a variety of critical business platforms, such as product set dates and weekly business reporting Required Qualifications & Skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Strong interest in merchandise strategy, and/or prior retail experience Experience collecting and analyzing data and reporting on results Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills Creative problem-solving and analytical skills Education Junior or Senior year preferred Major or previous coursework in Merchandising, Business, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Additional Information Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines while at work The approximate dates of this internship are June 2026 - January 2027 Must have the ability to work full-time hours (approximately 40 per week) Monday - Friday, for the duration of the internship Being able to provide one's own housing and reliable transportation to/from work is required Limited housing opportunities may be available for Florida-based Disney Interns through American Campus Communities.
