If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of North America Brand Communications (Softlines). This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Glendale, California, from June 15th 2026 through January 2nd 2027 What You Will Do Assist the licensing team in researching and responding to licensee questions and/or requests May serve as the liaison for marketing approvals, routing to reviewers, consolidating feedback, and partnering with licensees to implement changes Assist with PR/Social Media requests, aligning to the marketing calendar, movie releases/tentpoles, and anniversaries Attend meetings and distribute notes to meeting attendees, handle follow-ups as needed Maintain and update sell-in documents in partnership with licensees Maintain and distribute licensee lists as needed Have a working knowledge of financial pivots and be able to run them for the team Take the lead on a team project and perform day-to-day tasks assigned Manage product samples and organization of sample storage Solicit and provide monthly selling highlights across assigned categories Stay up to date on marketing, product innovation, and relevant cultural trends - bring fresh ideas to the table Please Apply If You Are/Have A collaborative individual with strong interpersonal skills Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through Able to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments Creative-minded and strong problem-solving ability Proven written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and/or Keynote Education Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
