EDUCATION:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort with dispatch or CRM software are essential.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a dispatch environment is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Grande Prairie’s roads to coordinate the most effective routes.
  • Experience working in a service-based business is considered a strong asset.

Base Salary: $30-35 per hour

  • Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

The company is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This individual will serve as the central point of communication between clients, service technicians, and office staff, ensuring that all dispatching and coordination is executed with precision. This role plays a key part in maintaining workflow efficiency and delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

The key job functions are:

  • Managing incoming service calls and coordinating corresponding service activities.
  • Entering detailed service call information into internal systems.
  • Communicating with clients to schedule and confirm service calls.
  • Creating and finalizing work orders and related documentation.
  • Planning efficient routes for technicians and field teams.
  • Generating invoices post-service and following up as needed.
  • Supporting internal departments with updates and service documentation.
