JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Dispatch and Coordinator to manage client interactions and coordinate logistics for our mobile units. Your role is crucial to maintain the flow of operations and ensure that our services are executed smoothly. Responsibilities include:

  • Directly interacting with clients to schedule, modify, and confirm service appointments.
  • Coordinating and dispatching technicians and mobile units to various locations.
  • Handling client inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving concerns.
  • Managing appointment calendars and scheduling tools effectively.
  • Ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with clients and staff.
  • Maintaining records of client interactions, services provided, and feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or customer service role, preferably in a mobile service or home improvement setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for scheduling and communication, such as CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • A professional demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of the locksmith, garage, industry and related services.
  • Familiarity with local area geography for efficient dispatch and routing.
