Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bank Dispatch and Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role combines delivery driving with warehouse operations to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of goods to our customers while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while representing the company professionally during customer deliveries. Key Responsibilities Delivery Duties Load and check goods onto the delivery van, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Safely deliver goods to customers and place items in designated safe locations as requested. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a professional and friendly manner. Collect returns from customers and process them according to company procedures. Carry out daily vehicle safety checks to ensure compliance with company and legal standards. Report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly to management. Warehouse Duties Assist with unloading delivery vehicles quickly and safely. Check and record goods upon arrival, ensuring accurate stock management. Store goods in designated locations and maintain a tidy, well-organised warehouse. Pick, assemble, and prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring orders are accurate and completed on time. Label or package products as required. Support general warehouse operations and team tasks as needed. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driving role (preferred but not essential). Valid UK driver’s licence. Ability to lift and move heavy goods safely. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
