Wilson Medic One is seeking enthusiastic Dispatchers/Call Takers to join our team. As a Dispatch/Call Taker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient resourcing, scheduling, and logistical operations necessary to maintain our high standard of service delivery.     About the Role: Reporting to the Dispatch/Call Taker Supervisor, you will be instrumental in coordinating patient transfers for Mental Health and Non-Emergency Patients between hospitals and within the community.   SALARY: up to $80 000 + super + overtime LOCATION: Belmont, WA SHIFTS: Monday to Friday Afternoon Shifts     Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage crews to ensure efficient patient movement, transport, and optimal clinical outcomes, adhering to contractual expectations and KPIs. Handle customer calls and manage the booking process. Plan and dispatch bookings to maximize resource efficiency. Ensure accurate entry of booking and patient transport data into the Wilson Medic One booking system. Collaborate with the Rosters team to ensure optimal crew allocations. Generate reports on customer complaints, queries, excessive delays, and other significant incidents. Complete daily workload summaries and timesheets and prepare End of Month (EOM) reports.      About You: Knowledge of Patient Transport Services advantageous. Previous experience in a call centre or customer services environment ideal. Skilled at fostering the best performance in team members. Professional in representing Wilson Medic One to customers and key industry stakeholders. Capable of directing resources and staff positively. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Perform well under pressure, balancing business needs with individual needs. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
