Delocal US Inc. is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) committed to excellence in safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our team in Colorado Springs and are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to support daily delivery operations.
Role Summary
As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring delivery routes are executed efficiently, drivers are supported in real time, and performance standards are consistently met. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and support drivers during routes to ensure on-time performance
• Assign, adjust, and optimize daily routes based on operational needs
• Handle escalations and provide solutions to delivery-related issues
• Track and report on performance metrics
• Maintain compliance with Amazon DSP standards

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience working with an Amazon DSP (dispatch, fleet, or operations preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with logistics/dispatch software
• Leadership mindset with a focus on teamwork and accountability

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $22.75/hour
