Overview Provides outstanding service for our customers and service techs! Main point of contact responsible for processing hours for Service Techs, processing work orders to Accounting, answering incoming calls, providing back up support for the service department dispatcher and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. Responsibilities • Accurate order processing• Accurate timecard processing• Customer Service Levels• Processing work orders and apply payments • Process work orders for accuracy and proficiency for AR department to invoice • Submit work orders for customer approval• Maintain and update service department scorecard via Smartsheets• Maintain and update customer metric scoresheets to maintain accuracy of where technicians time is being allocated per job. • Process service tech hours and timecard adjustments on ADP. • Compare service techs hours with vehicle tracking and service schedule to ensure accuracy when billing hours.• Answer incoming calls from customers and service techs• Maintain and apply credit card receipts for invoicing to customers • Provide back up and support for service department dispatcher – scheduling and approving Service timecards• Document workflow and work procedures.• Demonstrate Enthusiasm - be a positive and encouraging presence in the office.• Assist with special projects as necessary• Other duties as assigned.
