We are looking for an Dispatch Coordinator – Nights. Full-Time Position.
Competitive pay depending on experience and performance.
Your shifts will be 12 hour long. 4 nights on, and 4 nights off.

Main duties:

  • Checking the next days plan and identifying potential issues.
  • Reacting to changes and finding suitable cover for late bookings.
  • Entering bookings on the system.
  • Double-checking customer’s bookings.
  • Answering calls from our customers and drivers.
  • Registering CRM entries about customer feedback.
  • Replying to our 24/7 live email feed.

Previous experience in transport, logistics, scheduling, or a similar role would be an advantage, along with good knowledge of UK geography.
The candidate must have a pleasant and helpful natural character. The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet is key. Our team are always looking out for each other so being able to collaborate with others is a vital!
Full training and support will be provided.
