Description

Coordinate day-to-day shipment execution for domestic and international shipments.
Arrange freight bookings with shipping lines, airlines and freight forwarders.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists and transport documents.
Monitor shipment progress and provide shipment status updates to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Project Team and external logistics service providers.
Follow up on shipment completion, delivery confirmation and logistics-related documentation.
Support freight cost tracking, shipment records and operational reporting.
