Dispatch Coordinator Primary Responsibilities: * Confirm templates the day before scheduled template appointments. * Schedule templates and maintain accurate scheduling records. * Confirm installations the day before completion, including cabinet readiness, generators, and safe pathways. * Schedule installations and repairs. * Batch print installation paperwork and quality check printed batches. * Batch print cut sheets twice daily. * Answer builder and sales questions regarding installation schedules, ETAs, and job status. * Add purple notes and updates into RFMS. * Scan installation cover sheets into the S Drive. * Communicate with installers and resolve questions or issues. * Maintain installer photo folders. * EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of customer service, sales support, purchasing, order processing, or administrative experience. Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. * EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required.
