On behalf of our client, we are presently recruiting for a Dispatch Coordinator in the Halifax, NS area.
We are seeking applicants that have the following, to work full time, Monday to Friday with our clients amazing and fun team!
Excellent communication to collaborate with co-workers, customers, and potential walk-in customers

Organizational skills is a must for high volume of calls, coordinating, and scheduling
Can multitask, can take on new challenges
Scheduling remote and local service technicians
Fluent with Excel and word program
Must be able to stay compliant and keep confidential information secure
Ability to deal with conflict and manage resolutions
QuickBooks and/or Simpro (or those alike), or aptitude to learn new software systems in a timely manner
