Requirements YOUR DAILY IMPACT · Manage large amounts of incoming calls · Identify and assess customers’ needs to exceed satisfaction · Take the extra mile to engage customers and clients · Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools · Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and clients by open and interactive communication · Meet personal/customer service team call goals · Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution · Document customer interactions · Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies · Daily reports and communication via email · Display our DNA values Requirements Requirements Requirements Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative ·Track record of exceeding goals ·Strong phone communication and listening skills ·Familiarity with variety of software including email, Microsoft Excel and Gsuite ·Customer focused and ability to pivot to different types of personalities ·Excellent communication and presentation skills ·Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively ·High school degree Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred not essential) Experience: Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred) Dispatching: 1 years (Preferred not essential)
