TEKsystems is hiring a Dispatcher to work ON SITE for a client based in Rome, NY. This position would take place 100% on site and would offer the opportunity for growth and development. Qualifications -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Strong multitasking abilities -Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills -Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic -Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and procedures Job Description The Dispatcher will be responsible for a variety of clerical and data entry tasks, with some dispatching duties. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, maintain a courteous demeanor on the phone, and demonstrate reliability in attendance. Key Responsibilities: -Perform data entry and clerical tasks accurately and efficiently -Assist with dispatching duties as needed -Handle phone calls courteously and professionally -Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks -Send and manage information as required -Enter information into our cloud-based trucking software (training will be provided) Hours Monday- Friday- 8:00am- 4:30pm- 40-hour work week Pay $19/hour This positions is in high demand.
