OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and assistance in relation to our logistics and supply chain operations as well as customer interactions via email and telephone. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing clear information to customers.
  • Proficient typing skills for efficient data entry tasks.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
