The Position The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, a high level of accuracy, outstanding customer relations skills, and consistent reliability. This position reports to the Operations Manager. Role and Responsibilities: * Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system, document calls while providing excellent customer service * Review and document service calls submitted through customer websites * Prioritize and schedule service calls based on urgency * Dispatch and direct field employees to service calls (via phone or email) in a timely manner * Communicate clearly and effectively with the Dispatch team * Review weekly employee timesheets for accuracy, verifying hours and bon details using work orders and GPS system * Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum one (1) year experience in an Administrative or Dispatch position * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) * Organized and ability to multi task with excellent customer service skills * Ability to learn geographical areas (using GeoTab) * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 7:00am - 5:00pm Compensation & Incentives: * Health, vision and dental benefits package * Company Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) * Casual dress attire in the office * Eligible for vacation days after probationary period * Permanent, year round employment We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those that best meet our qualifications will be contacted.
