Description Position Summary The Dispatch / Inside Sales Associate will communicate daily with customers and drivers. This individual will be responsible for monitoring on-time pickup/delivery of equipment. The Dispatcher serves as the main point-of-contact for company drivers. Duties & Responsibilities: Take incoming sales call and provide industry leading customer service. Dispatch cranes for incoming and outgoing deliveries Crane knowledge, logistics & load chart knowledge a plus Familiar with DOT oversize/overweight permits Microsoft Office skills experience: Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook Maintain and manage customer contact lists to include future follow up to grow revenue. Ability to work individually in a fast-paced environment Uses consistent business processes to achieve desired results Develop and maintain customer relationships. Work with outside sales force to gain new customers. Work with outside sales force to maintain and grow existing customers. Execute specific sales initiatives as they are developed. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional relationship-building skills Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service communication skills Detail-oriented professional with good judgment Ability to multitask and remain organized Strong customer service communication Visual Dispatch/Rentalman experience a plus Familiar with 3D Lift Plan Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience License & Certification Valid Driver’s License Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment, equipment shop environment, or job site. Noise, fumes, and chemicals associated with a shop environment is expected. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safely Regular and predictable attendance is required Travel Requirements None or infrequent

Responsibilities
