Description JMT is looking for a Dispatch Manager to lead our dispatch team and keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate drivers, schedules, and routes - making sure delivers are on time, accurate and safe. What You'll Do Lead and support the dispatch team daily Schedule and assign drivers for efficient deliveries Monitor routes, weather, and production to keep operations on track Build strong relationships with customers and haulers Manage data in the Dump Truck Dispatch system Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and supervisors Help schedule truck maintenance and resolve delivery issues Requirements 3+ years of dispatch or logistics experience Leadership or supervisory experience Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Calm under pressure and confident making decisions Valid driver's license (Class A or B CDL a plus, not required) Why JMT?
