Delta 1 Dispatch provides emergency dispatch services to more than 23 communities across the Yukon and Northern British Columbia. Dispatchers are available 24/7/365 to answer calls and ensure a response to emergency incidents. Our technology, team and services have all been tailored to serve the needs of fire crews across the North.

SKILLS:

• Ability to communicate effectively with others, in person, on the phone, or on the radio.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and manage high-stress situations effectively.
• Familiarity with dispatch software, radio systems, and mapping tools considered an asset.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience as a dispatcher or dispatcher manager
Wage negotiable depending on experience
