OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Dispatch Manager to oversee our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in transportation management systems and supply chain processes, ensuring efficient dispatching of goods and services. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to manage daily operations effectively, coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and maintain high standards of customer service.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in transportation management systems and supply chain management principles.
• Experience with 3PL operations and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with AS400 and SyteLine software for data management.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating logistics performance and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail in data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
