ABOUT THE ROLE

Highway 14 Towing & Recovery is hiring a dependable and organized Dispatch & Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This role includes answering phones, dispatching calls, and assisting with administrative tasks to help keep the business running efficiently.
You’ll play an important role in supporting drivers, coordinating jobs, and ensuring clear communication between customers and the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Dispatch tow truck operators based on call urgency, location, and availability
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, job details, and service history
  • Assist with general office tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and filing
  • Provide clear and timely communication between customers and drivers
  • Support overall coordination of day-to-day service delivery
