We are working with a leading fresh produce business based in Ledbury that is looking for a Dispatch Operative to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient dispatch operations. REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a dispatch/logistics/fast-paced production environment
• Forklift licence (essential)
• Experience within the food production or fresh produce industry is a plus
• Strong awareness of hygiene, health & safety regulations
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented and flexible with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

THE ROLE:

You’ll play a critical role in the daily dispatch of fresh produce, ensuring orders are prepared to exact specifications and on time. From preparing pallets and labels to loading lorries and maintaining dispatch safety, your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact product quality and delivery.
