Are you an experienced Dispatch Operator looking for a dynamic role with a forward-thinking, medium-sized trucking company? We’re looking for a skilled individual to join our team and help manage our fleet operations effectively.

• Oversee daily dispatch operations using load boards (such as Load link, DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Manage dispatch schedules and optimize load assignments to ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and brokers to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize Samsara dispatching software for real-time tracking, driver communication, and fleet management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any dispatch-related inquiries or issues
