Due to expansion, we’re looking for a Dispatch Production Assistants to join our dynamic team in Gateshead.
In this varied and vital role, you’ll support the production and dispatch of accessible format products – including braille, large print, audio and standard print – helping to deliver high-quality materials with care, speed and precision.

• Operating specialist machinery and production software to produce accessible documents
• Ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance from print through to final dispatch
• Managing multiple contracts with varying processes and requirements
• Working securely with confidential data and adhering to strict procedures
• Supporting colleagues across departments and sharing your knowledge through training
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
