What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga As part of our Dispatch team, you’ll be the hub of Roadservice, linking our wider contact centre team with roadside staff. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, manage email and web communications, and oversee workforce scheduling for Service Officers, Battery Van contractors, and other AA partners nationwide. We have part-time roles available working 20 hours per week, as well as full-time positions on a rotational roster. Working hours range from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM, including two weekends each month, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts—so flexibility is essential! You’ll receive full training and support to get you up to speed, and our next intake starts on 19 January 2025. What You’ll Do Coordinate and manage roadside breakdown service responses for AA Members and Customers. Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure, providing reassurance and solutions. About You | Mōu A people person with proven customer service experience and a passion for helping others. Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills. Ability to remain calm and de-escalate situations when needed. Strong organisational and computer skills. Flexible to work a rotational roster and available for full-time training.
