We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Dispatch Support Specialist to help us deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person. Coordinate portable tanks and assist with dispatch functions. Communicate openly with route and transport fuel teams. Provide backup coverage for dispatch systems during vacations or absences. Participate in cross-training to support multiple business areas. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask. Strong organizational and scheduling abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn dispatch systems. Basic knowledge of mapping programs and geographical areas. High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred. (We’ll train the right candidate!)
