The Opportunity We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Packing Operator to join our weekend Dispatch team as a Team Leader in the Packshed. This is a hands-on, physically active role based in our chillers, where you will ensure our mushrooms are handled and processed to the highest quality standards for dispatch. You will lead a dedicated team, where attention to detail and consistency are highly valued. Position available Permanent, part-time position Saturday & Sunday 7.30am start (until duties are finished) Based in Hornby Training provided Key Responsibilities Dispatch & Processing Leading a team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our mushrooms Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Printing and correctly labelling product Checking labels are correctly assigned to each customer Check packed products against order requirements before shipment Maintain clean and organised workstations across all operational areas Teamwork & Workplace Safety Work with your team to meet daily targets and maintain a positive team environment Adhere to Health & Safety policies, use PPE correctly and report hazards or incidents What You’ll Bring Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for sustained periods, including standing, bending and lifting Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Positive attitude, reliable attendance and a strong team focus Previous experience as a Team Leader in a packing environment is an advantage, but full training will be provided Why You’ll Love Working With Us You’ll join a hardworking, down-to-earth team who take pride in growing and delivering the very best product.
