We specialize in servicing a wide range of household appliances and pride ourselves on fast, reliable, and honest work. We’re currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Dispatcher/Office Administrator to join our team and be the hub of our daily operations.
Full training will be provided, then the position will start as part-time and transitioning into full-time as our current dispatcher leaves. Some evening and weekends may be required. This is a Flexible Hybrid position, so a few days in the office and a few from home each week.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Dispatcher/Office Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in our customer service and operational workflow. You will be responsible for scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, managing incoming calls and emails, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day office operation.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally
  • Schedule and dispatch service appointments to technicians based on location and urgency
  • Leave thorough notes regarding calls on appointments so everyone is on the same page
  • Follow up with customers for service updates, feedback, or additional needs
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, parts orders, and technician schedules
  • Perform general office duties including invoicing, parts ordering and tracking
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as required
