We’re currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Dispatcher/Office Administrator to join our team and be the hub of our daily operations.
Full training will be provided, then the position will start as part-time and transitioning into full-time as our current dispatcher leaves. Some evening and weekends may be required. This is a Flexible Hybrid position, so a few days in the office and a few from home each week.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Dispatcher/Office Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in our customer service and operational workflow. You will be responsible for scheduling service calls, dispatching technicians, managing incoming calls and emails, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day office operation.
