YOUR PROFILE:

Completed training in the field of freight forwarding (forwarding and logistics services clerk), wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in the international freight forwarding environment, ideally in the air freight or sea freight sector
Excellent knowledge of German and fluency in English
Knowledge of dangerous goods and aviation security is a great advantage
Ideally, you already have a valid DGR certificate (Dangerous Goods Regulations) and a ZÜP (reliability check)
Ability to integrate easily into remote teams
Decisiveness and solution orientation characterize your way of working

Handling of various shipments in the area of air freight/export including collection of goods from our customers
Supporting our customers (exclusively in the B2B sector) in German and English and working with Hellmann locations worldwide
Processing of dangerous goods shipments and compliance with applicable aviation security regulations (Dangerous Goods Regulations)
Independent search for solutions and seamless communication with customers in the event of delays and problems with goods shipments
Supporting price negotiations with customers and service providers, calculating offers and preparing invoices
Complaints and claims management
