This position operates out of our Pasadena, Texas terminal. Core Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of our tanker fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery services. Act as a primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking of delivery status and documentation. Requirements Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry. Strong geographic knowledge, especially Midwest and surrounding regions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals. Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills. Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with work hours, ready to step in during various shifts as needed. A commitment to safety and a clean driving record.
