About Us
Blue-collar excellence meets white-glove service.
We’re a fast-paced, high-performance residential plumbing and HVAC company built on doing the job right, every time. We’ve grown because of our no-nonsense approach to customer service and the relentless dedication of our team. Now, we’re looking for a seasoned Dispatcher—someone who’s not just good on the phones, but a true command center leader who keeps techs moving, customers informed, and the day running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Live dispatching: Strategically assign jobs based on priority, location, skillset, and availability—in real time.
  • Tech coordination: Communicate clearly and consistently with techs in the field to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Call monitoring: Track job statuses, ensure notes are entered properly, and follow up on open estimates, TGLs, and incomplete jobs.
  • Schedule optimization: React quickly to cancellations, reassignments, and emergencies without breaking stride.
  • Customer communication: Keep clients informed and calm—even when they’re stressed out about leaks, no heat, or no AC.
  • Revenue awareness: Understand how scheduling affects billable hours, job margins, and daily revenue targets.
  • Team synergy: Work closely with CSRs, managers, and field leads to drive results and uphold company standards.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in a residential service business—preferably plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.
  • Strong working knowledge of field operations—you’ve either worked in the trades or dispatched for teams who do.
  • Proven multitasker who can operate under pressure without losing focus or control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—direct, professional, and clear.
  • Tech savvy—comfortable using ServiceTitan (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, and modern scheduling tools.
  • Results-focused—you understand time is money and dispatch is the heartbeat of operations.
  • A team player who holds themselves and others accountable.

Why Work With Us?

  • You’re part of something real: A company with solid leadership, big goals, and a focus on people.
  • Career opportunity: We’re growing fast and building from the ground up. Systems are being created now—and you’ll have a voice.
  • Strong culture: We take care of our team, value work ethic, and always aim to do right by the customer.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, paid time off, and a performance-based bonus structure.
