What You’ll Do: As our Dispatcher, you’ll be the central hub between our customers, field technicians, and office team. You’ll manage job scheduling, communicate with customers, and coordinate daily routes to make sure each job is handled quickly and professionally. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians based on skill set, availability, location, and urgency Monitor field progress and adjust the schedule as needed (emergencies, delays, cancellations) Keep customers updated with appointment times and technician ETAs Enter and maintain job details and customer information in the dispatching software (Service Titan) Prioritize same-day and emergency calls Work closely with CSRs and team leads to meet daily service goals Be a reliable support resource for our technicians in the field Requirements What You Bring: 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC, plumbing, or similar trades required) Excellent communication skills—confident over phone, text, and email Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure Proficiency with dispatch or field service software (like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.) A team-player mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Why Work With Us: Be part of a well-established, locally trusted company Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package (medical, PTO, holidays, etc.) Opportunities to grow as we expand services A family-oriented culture where your work truly makes an impact Ready to join a team that values professionalism and teamwork?
