We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC and plumbing dispatcher who knows how to keep both customers and technicians moving efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing as our Dispatcher: Dispatch and schedule service calls for HVAC and plumbing technicians Manage technician routes to maximize efficiency and productivity Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates Work closely with CSRs and field teams to keep the day running smoothly Handle schedule changes, emergency calls, and last-minute adjustments Ensure the right tech gets to the right job at the right time Keep systems updated with accurate job notes and customer details Requirements What We’re Looking For in Our Next Dispatcher: Required: Experience dispatching HVAC and plumbing technicians Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Customer-first mindset Tech-savvy (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed What We Offer Our Dispatcher: $18–$23/hour based on experience Consistent schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Stable, growing company with a strong team culture Opportunity to grow within the company At Standard Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, our dispatcher is critical to our success — you’re the one who keeps everything moving.
