About the Position We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our Moffett Terminal in Jacksonville, FL. Detail-oriented and dependable Dispatcher with experience coordinating transportation operations in fast-paced environments. Skilled in supporting drivers, managing high volume routing, and resolving issues efficiently. Focused on Moffett trucking services with strong commitment to customer service, accuracy, and operational safety. Responsibilities: * Specializing in dispatching Moffett-equipped trucks for local and regional deliveries. * Intensive use of phone and various software to coordinate trucks and available loads * Scheduling & Route Optimization * Issue advances to drivers * Assist our truck owners, drivers and terminal personnel with problem resolution * Handle strong customer call volume in a concise and professional manner Job Requirements: * High school graduate or equivalent * Bilingual (English and Spanish) – Not required but extremely helpful * Transportation industry experience preferred  * Proficiency in Microsoft office products * Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good problem-solving skills * Organized and dependable work habits and flexibility to assist as needed * The hours of operation for this position are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday 8a-5p
