Essential Job Functions Plan and schedule the driver’s routes Schedule Back Hauls and Pick-ups Keep up with Hours-of-Service Rules Organize and communicate daily load weights, make changes as necessary Monitor driver equipment availability Performs other related duties as assigned by management Knowledge of ELD functions Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of grocery store operations and store locations Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer (familiarity with Excel is preferred) Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously Consistently communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to be highly organized Ability to handle high amounts of stress Education and Experience High School graduate or equivalent 2-3 Years of related experience preferred Intermediate Excel skills Experience in the grocery industry preferred Certco is an equal opportunity employer.
