AIR INUIT CORPORATE PROFILE Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, charter, cargo, and emergency air transportation services to Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for 45 years. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Participate in the company's safety management system. * Analyze and evaluate weather information and select the most appropriate routes. * Calculate required fuel for safe and efficient flight operation, considering aircraft type, flight duration, limitations, maintenance, weather conditions, and minimum fuel required by Canadian Aviation regulations. * Prepare flight plans containing: weight for takeoff and landing, weather reports, runway conditions, NOTAMs, and any other information necessary for a safe flight. * Monitor weather, aircraft position reports, and air navigation maps to assess the progress of the flight. * Advise the Captain of any significant change in the weather, provide alternative flight plans for course changes, and if required, for an emergency landing.   QUALIFICATIONS * Possess a postsecondary school diploma. * Bilingual (French and English). * Knowledge of the regulations and/or relevant experience. * Possess a valid radio license (an asset). * Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.). * Flexibility to work on various schedules. * Successfully completed both Transport Canada examinations (FDOPS and FDMET).   REMUNERATION The remuneration package and associated benefits will be in accordance with corporate policies.   BENEFITS Air Inuit provides a company-contributed RRSP, Group Insurance (life, dental, health care, short and long-term disability), 6% vacation, telemedicine and an EAP program for the employee and their family members, a retirement allowance program, and various other innovative benefits and recognition opportunities.
