Job Details Job Location: San Juan Capistrano - San Juan Capistrano , CA 92675 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Mid Shift Fast-Paced Operations. Real-Time Decision Making. Critical Support Role. Dispatcher – Operations PAY: $43, 680 - 59,000 based on hourly wages. This role supports daily operations by coordinating drivers, routes, and service schedules. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in keeping routes on track, drivers informed, and customers serviced efficiently. Why This Role Matters Dispatchers are central to daily service execution. Your ability to manage routes, communicate clearly, and respond to changing conditions directly impacts service reliability.
