Position Overview The Dispatcher is a vital part of our daily operations. This role coordinates technician schedules, manages incoming service requests, and ensures seamless communication between customers, technicians, and the office. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and route service requests efficiently Schedule, dispatch, and track HVAC technicians throughout the day Communicate job details, arrival times, and updates to customers Coordinate with technicians to optimize routes and daily workflow Maintain accurate schedules, work orders, and customer records Follow up as needed to ensure timely job completion and customer satisfaction Assist with general office and administrative support tasks Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Comfortable using scheduling systems and basic computer programs Professional, positive attitude with a team-player mindset Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Prior dispatch or HVAC experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday through Friday Flexibility may be required based on call volume and business demands Why Join Bass Air Conditioning Co.?
