We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous dispatching and office experience (HVAC or trades experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in data entry with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
