Description Position Overview Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support our New York operations. This on-site role is essential to ensuring efficient technician scheduling while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch mobile technicians to customer and dealership locations. Coordinate daily routes to ensure efficiency and timely service Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, service updates, and general inquiries Answer inbound calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner Communicate daily assignments, updates, and changes to technicians Monitor route progress and proactively address delays, cancellations, or urgent service needs Work closely with sales and operations teams to support service delivery Maintain accurate records of appointments, service calls, and technician availability Utilize dispatching, scheduling, and CRM systems to document and track activity Provide consistent, high-quality customer service while managing multiple priorities Work with accounting and technicians to ensure payments are reconciled Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or call center roles preferred Experience in automotive, mobile service, or field service environments is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, calm, and customer-focused demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or scheduling systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
