• Serve as the main point of contact for client requests, updates, and feedback.
• Monitor job status and make adjustments to crew schedules and site resources as needed.
• Communicate job details clearly to field teams and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues quickly and professionally — no surprises for clients.
• Keep accurate records of job dispatches, personnel, and equipment assignments.
• Support the operations team in ensuring timely, efficient, and safe service delivery.
