Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher to manage incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with technicians. This is a remote/mobile position, ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage customer calls for Winnipeg & Saskatoon service areas
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
  • Record job details, payments, and technician updates
  • Support customers with basic troubleshooting and appointment details

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, call center, or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and mobile tools
  • Reliable internet connection and phone access
  • Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
