Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or business is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and freight operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AS400 or SyteLine is an asset
