SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Nova Scotia. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Your contributions will directly align with our commitment to excellence in transportation services.

Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or business is a plus.

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and freight operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AS400 or SyteLine is an asset

• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
• Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and provide updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to freight and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in data entry tasks related to shipping and receiving operations.
• Provide information on shipping rates, delivery times, and service options.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
