Regional Factory Parts and Service has been providing quality repair on major appliances and fulfilling appliance part orders for over 30 years.
We are looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to be a part of our team of Customer Service. This individual must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; high attention and accuracy in detail; proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound calls to schedule appointments.
