We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented OTR Customer Service Representative to join our team in Calhoun, GA. This role is responsible for supporting over-the-road transportation operations by providing exceptional service to customers and drivers. Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Utilize GIS and GPS technologies to assist in transportation planning and logistics

  • Manage dispatching duties, ensuring timely coordination of freight and shipping activities.
  • Input data accurately into transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline supply chain operations and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain records of shipping and receiving activities, including fleet management tasks.
  • Analyze data related to transportation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support for multi-line phone systems while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Skills
  • Proficient in GIS, GPS, Oracle Transportation Management, SyteLine, AS400, and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong understanding of transportation management systems, supply chain logistics, and freight operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Familiarity with dispatching processes and fleet management principles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions quickly.
